PSM (HK) Company Limited,
the subsidiary of Engrowth Investments
Limited incorporated in BVI, has been
established in Hong Kong since 2005.
The objective of the Company is to
promote and distribute the renewable and
biobased material called "PSM" which
has the combination of plastic
functional characteristics and starch
biodegradable/compostable advantages,
into global markets.
The Company positions itself as the
Sales and Marketing arm of the Group and
focuses primarily on building up a
worldwide distribution network via
regional sole agents and resellers,
providing a comprehensive pre-sales
service and after-sales support to
customers, and acting as the
communication channel between the China
manufacturing plant with overseas
markets.
Wuhan Huali Environment Protection
Science & Technology Co. Ltd. ( "Huali" or the Company)
is the whole own foreign enterprise owned by the holding company, Engrowth Investments Limited ("Engrowth", which is located at BVI. Huali has successfully developed and invented a starch-based fully biodegradable plastic material called "PSM®" in 2001, which obtained a full patent and Intellectual Property Right in China. The Company's headquarter and its principal manufacturing plant is located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. Wuhan, in the central part of China, is the national transportation hub and has established an effective public transportation network with its capacity top of all major cities in China, facilitates the procurement of raw materials and distribute the Company's products in China and other overseas countries.
Huali is engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and distribution of a proprietary
next-generation plastic material called "PSM®", which is starch-based environmental protection
material. Huali is one of the few degradable material producers in China that can offer a patented
fully biodegradable material and also the biobased material, which has already been in commercial
production.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
Plastic, which is produced from Petrochemical, is the most widely used material on earth, but it will fully pollute the world in the next few centuries. Petroleum resources are finite and the oil supply is limited. Therefore it becomes important for human to find plastic substitutes, especially in packaging and disposable applications. Furthermore, plastic is the most durable but non-degradable. It is evident that the ecosystem is considerably disturbed and damaged as a result of the high disposable plastics call over the world.
Our company's mission is to alert the public to take care of our environment and to reduce the amount of wastes produced daily. If the material is meant for landfill after use, people should pick the items which are made of degradable materials like PSM. Our company encourages the global manufacturers to make use of the new technology with ecological renewable material in their production. As a result the world will be beneficial from less pollutants and our human can preserve the cleanness of our Earth.
